East Beach Square Outdoor

The owner acquired two shopping centers with the goal of increasing rental value through strategic redevelopment. Two underutilized outdoor spaces between the buildings are being transformed into dynamic outdoor entertainment areas for shoppers. This is a full design & build project, encompassing every phase from initial concept through construction completion.

The redesigned area will feature multiple seating groups for families and friends, countertops for catering events, a playground for children, and an activity area for adults—creating a welcoming and multifunctional environment for all visitors.

It has been a rewarding and insightful experience, offering hands-on involvement throughout the entire design & build process. Further project updates to follow.

• As of March 2025, in design development phase.
• The goal is to create an outdoor amenity space that provides a memora-ble
experience for shoppers.
• Aesthetic: Develop a brand identity for our clients’ newly purchased
property while maintaining the distinctive vibe of the East Beach neighborhood.
